revenu et \/ ou ne pas en avoir remis une copie \u00e0 son propri\u00e9taire lors de son examen annuel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Si le revenu d&rsquo;un locataire change de plus de 20%, il sera possible de revoir la subvention une autre fois dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\"><strong>* Il sera essentiel que les locataires produisent leurs d\u00e9clarations de revenus *<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Une seule offre pour un logement locatif index\u00e9 sur le revenu \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les locataires sur la liste d&rsquo;attente ne recevront qu&rsquo;une seule offre valide pour un logement selon leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e9tablies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Si le locataire potentiel refuse l&rsquo;offre, il ne sera plus admissible \u00e0 un loyer index\u00e9 sur le revenu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Il existe des r\u00e8gles similaires \u00e0 celles ci-dessus pour ceux qui sont \u00absur-log\u00e9s\u00bb (quand moins de personnes vivent dans l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 que le nombre minimum requis pour cette taille d&rsquo;unit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le registre du logement social et les fournisseurs de logements auront une certaine discr\u00e9tion quant \u00e0 savoir si l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 propos\u00e9e \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une offre \u00abvalide\u00bb selon les circonstances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.Infraction criminelle grave \u2013 depuis le 23 septembre 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les fournisseurs de logements peuvent d\u00e9cider de ne pas offrir un logement \u00e0 un locataire \u00e9ventuel si ce locataire potentiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 expuls\u00e9 par la Commission du logement pour une \u00abinfraction criminelle grave\u00bb dans des immeubles de logements publics ou sans but lucratif au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le propri\u00e9taire doit croire de fa\u00e7on raisonnable que le locataire potentiel constituerait un risque pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des autres
